Job summary

ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc is seeking a Controls Engineering Supervisor to oversee day-to-day supervision, deployment and remote as well as occasional in-person support of technical resources for North American customers. The role includes leading engineers and field staff embedded at customer facilities and ensuring successful upgrades and strong customer relations.

Responsibilities include acting as SME for Controls SW issues, coordinating with service and installation groups, managing

Qualifications

• Lead and mentor team; manage KPIs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Act as SME for Controls SW issues and address escalations from the SW team.
• Coordinate with service and installation groups to ensure adequate resources for project execution.
• Develop and maintain ISO procedures, guidelines and templates; participate in audits as needed.
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting on key performance metrics; drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision and remote/in-person support of technical resources.
• Provide technical support for upgrades and deployments; ensure on-time delivery within budgets.
• Maintain customer relations and ensure documented communication of project events and issues.
• Collaborate with Comecer service and engineering on upgrades; prepare presales analysis and SOWs.
• Manage project risks, develop mitigation plans and forecasts.
• Foster and maintain Compliance with ATS policies and ISO procedures.
