Job summary
Global Connect Technologies is seeking an experienced PLC Automation Engineer to design, develop, and troubleshoot PLC-based automation systems for manufacturing equipment. You will program and debug PLCs using Allen-Bradley Studio 5000/RSLogix 5000 and/or Siemens TIA Portal, and develop HMI applications with FactoryTalk View or similar platforms.
Additionally, you will support commissioning, startup, validation, and troubleshooting of automated production equipment to ensure seamless production
Qualifications
- Experience with GCCS2/GCCH is required or preferred.
- PLC programming and commissioning experience.
- Experience with automation validation and startup.

Job description
GCCS2 and ideally GCCH required (GCCS2 as a minimum)
Production support and Commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot PLC-based automation systems for manufacturing equipment.
- Program, modify, and debug PLCs using Allen-Bradley (Studio 5000/RSLogix 5000) and/or Siemens TIA Portal.
- Develop and maintain HMI applications using FactoryTalk View or similar platforms.
- Support commissioning, startup, validation, and troubleshooting of automated production equipment.
