Qualifications
- Bachelor's or technical degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs (PLC 5, PLC 500, Studio 5000).
- Proficient with Rockwell controls and industrial networking (Ethernet, DeviceNet, DH/RIO).
- Strong SCADA knowledge, and ability to improve throughput with automation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve SCADA systems to increase throughput and reduce downtime.
- Troubleshoot automation equipment and robots (Fanuc/ABB).
- Apply NEC/NFPA 70 code knowledge where required.
- Design, construct, and integrate continuous improvements on equipment.
- Collaborate with PLCs, SCADA, Rockwell controls, and robotics to implement improvements.
