Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a Civil/Control Systems professional to join the power generation engineering team in Memphis, TN. The Controls Engineer will own BOP PLC/HMI and the plant SCADA picture, integrating Solar, 6000, and BOP on a single set of screens.

Travel to other sites may be required as projects progress. You will work from control philosophy through commissioning, staying hands-on at panels and in the control room while collaborating with technicians and operators to ensure reliability and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/controls/computer engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in PLC, HMI, and/or SCADA engineering on industrial or power generation systems.

Responsibilities

• Own BOP PLC and HMI design, programming, and commissioning for power generation balance-of-plant systems.
• Design and maintain the plant SCADA architecture for a unified view in the control room.
• Develop control philosophy, control narratives, I/O lists, network drawings, and HMI/SCADA standards.
