Job summary
SpaceXAI is seeking a Manager of Engineering to own the design, build-out, commissioning, and continuous improvement of automation and electrical systems at the Southaven power generation facility. This hands-on leadership role requires reviewing control philosophies, DCS/PLC architectures, and ensuring high reliability for critical compute operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Controls, Automation, or related field.
- 8+ years in automation and controls engineering on industrial power projects.
- 3+ years of direct team leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Own automation, controls, and electrical scope for power generation assets and plant electrical systems from design through commissioning and reliability.
- Lead controls scope for balance-of-plant and utilities including fuel gas, HVAC, water treatment, and cooling.
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of automation and controls engineers and technicians.
