Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLCs and Studio 5000.
• Experience working within GM GCCS/FACS controls standards.
• Knowledge of Ignition SCADA development, configuration, and support.
• Experience with Beckhoff controls and EtherCAT communications.

Responsibilities

• Design, program, and troubleshoot Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLC-based control systems.
• Develop, maintain, and support Ignition SCADA applications.
• Implement automation solutions following GM GCCS and FACS standards.
• Configure and support Beckhoff automation systems and EtherCAT networks.
• Support commissioning, migrations, troubleshooting, and optimization activities.
