Employbridge is seeking a Controls Engineer to design, develop, and support electrical control systems for custom manufacturing equipment. The role covers PLC/HMI programming, electrical design, project leadership, troubleshooting, and customer support from concept through commissioning.

The candidate will design and modify electrical control systems, develop software and PC-based control programs, and create detailed schematics and layouts.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 year related experience or Associate's Degree with 4 years related experience.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, AutoCAD Electrical, and troubleshooting control systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings; strong communication and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Design and modify electrical control systems.
• Develop PLC, HMI, and PC-based control programs.
• Create electrical schematics, panel layouts, and AutoCAD Electrical drawings.
• Develop BOMs, manuals, test procedures, and engineering documentation.
• Perform electrical calculations and component sizing.
• Support manufacturing, installation, startup, and commissioning activities.
• Lead projects and coordinate with customers and vendors
