Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment or industrial programming.
• 3-5 years’ experience in management and employee development.
• Experience with Rockwell’s FactoryTalk and RS suite of programs.
• Experience with industrial networking and maintenance.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report deviations from HACCP and SQF programs to supervision.
• Maintain plant industrial systems for optimum efficiency.
• Program systems to interact with ERP or factory efficiency systems.
• Assist in implementing plant capital projects and equipment selection.
• Support the Maintenance Manager during project implementation.
• SQF development, training, implementation and compliance.
