Raso360 seeks a qualified Controls Engineer to support industrial manufacturing operations by maintaining and improving automation and electrical control systems. The role involves collaborating with maintenance and engineering teams to keep equipment running safely and efficiently, while supporting upgrades and training.

Key duties include troubleshooting PLCs/ HMIs, updating control programs, assisting with installations, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years hands-on experience with industrial automation and controls systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Allen-Bradley PLC platforms (SLC/Logix).
Ability to read electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot automation and control systems including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo systems, and industrial networks.
Diagnose electrical/controls issues and provide technical support to maintenance.
Modify PLC programs to improve performance and resolve issues.
Assist with installation/commissioning of new equipment and system connectivity.
Maintain backups, documentation, and records of changes.
Follow change-management and documentation procedures.
Train maintenance personnel on electrical troubleshooting and controls issues.
Provide after-hours support through remote and on-site assistance.
Support engineering leadership with technical projects and daily needs.
Be available for varying shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
