Zusammenfassung

Amsted Automotive's TransForm Automotive division in Shelby Twp, MI, is seeking a Controls Engineer to support 2nd and 3rd shifts. The role focuses on developing and supporting equipment availability and performance across facilities, with continuous improvement to boost machine availability and assembly efficiency.

You will troubleshoot, configure systems, and work with Sr. Controls Engineers to advance projects across AAG.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience in controls focused on machine design/build is preferred.

Aufgaben

Works with the product interface to the assembly plant and MES.
Lead in supporting machine failures through maintenance escalation, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Lead safety circuit functionality verification (light curtains, safety mats, QA devices).
Support developing user interfaces for operators and integrate into MES/CMMS.
Assist definition of wiring for data gathering and integration into MES.
