Tri-City Group in Davenport, IA seeks an experienced Controls Engineer to support consulting, design information gathering, customer meetings, installation and start-up services, and maintenance tasks. The role also involves engagement in sales and marketing calls to help grow our industrial automation projects.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical Engineering with substantial controls experience, strong communication skills, and a track record with PLCs from Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering with substantial controls experience.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and safety, and professionalism.
• Experience with industrial electrical power and control systems in design/maintenance/operations roles.
• Knowledge of PLCs from Allen-Bradley, Siemens and GE preferred.

Responsabilités

• Consult with customers to gather design information.
• Meet with customers to discuss requirements and updates.
• Perform installation and start-up services.
• Perform maintenance services as needed.
• Participate in sales and marketing calls.
