Job summary

Tri-City Group in Davenport, IA seeks an experienced Controls Engineer to support consulting, design information gathering, customer meetings, installation and start-up services, and maintenance tasks. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering with substantial controls experience.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail and safety, and professionalism.
Experience with industrial electrical power and control systems in design/maintenance/operations roles.
Knowledge of PLCs from Allen-Bradley, Siemens and GE preferred.

Responsibilities

Consult with customers to gather design information.
Meet with customers to discuss requirements and updates.
Perform installation and start-up services.
Perform maintenance services as needed.
Participate in sales and marketing calls.
