Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Controls Engineer I in a night shift on a manufacturing floor in the United States. You will lead projects, develop solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high quality and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor others, manage your time, and grow your career while supporting continuous improvement and innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required (Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics).
• Experience in a regulated industry is a plus.
• Strong accountability and ownership.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develops or participates in development of solutions for assigned projects.
• Participates in continuous improvement projects.
• Works with manufacturing and other functions on regulatory compliance issues.
• Writes and/or implements validation activities and reports results.
• Designs and performs routine testing and data analysis.
• Lead change control activities related to equipment.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff.
• Coordinate with multi-functional teams on projects.
