HP, Inc. seeks an Industrial Controls Systems Engineer to design and implement PLC-based control systems for high-speed industrial machinery, delivering modular, configurable architectures for stable operation and rapid commissioning.

You'll collaborate across disciplines (electrical, mechanical, ops) in an Agile SCRUM framework, supporting uptime, quality, and throughput with reusable software components.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in industrial automation, machine controls, or PLC software development (0–2 with advanced degree).

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain PLC-based control systems for industrial machinery.
Develop modular, configurable control architectures to support scalability.
Work with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure safe, reliable operation.
Support commissioning, FAT/SAT, diagnostics, and performance optimization.
