Qualifications
- 5+ years designing and programming industrial control systems in manufacturing.
- Proficiency with Rockwell/Allen‑Bradley PLC and HMI design; Siemens is a plus.
- Ability to read, create, and review electrical schematics and controls documentation.
- Commitment to safety, quality, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, program, and commission PLC, HMI, process, and motion systems from concept to customer acceptance.
- Translate customer and internal requirements into defined control strategies and deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and field service teams; adapt across projects.
- Guide electrical schematics and controls documentation ensuring safety and quality.
- Support system startups and commissioning remotely and on-site (travel up to 10%).
- Stay current with servo motion, industrial networking, and automation trends.
