You will advance from model to production hardware, shaping performance, quality and reliability of stationary power conversion products. Responsibilities include modeling electrical and hybrid power systems, performing grid studies, evaluating controller requirements, and communicating results to teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science.
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Technical excellence with a record of tackling complex technical challenges.
• Experience with product design and development from concept to production.
• Strong knowledge of power systems and power electronics.
• Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink for model-based development.
• Familiarity with HIL or PIL simulations for validation.

Responsibilities

• Model electrical and hybrid power systems for stationary power products.
• Simulate grid connection studies to evaluate renewables and energy storage controls.
