Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Controls Engineer to lead design and implementation of automation and control systems for our warehouse conveyor networks. You will partner with operations, maintenance and IT to improve reliability, safety and efficiency.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering, 2+ years in controls, and ability to travel overnight. You will develop PLC/SCADA solutions, analyze costs, and ensure compliance with safety standards in a large-scale retail/distribution setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in controls engineering.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
