Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation systems.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Knowledge of HMI, SCADA, VFDs, and industrial networking.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% across North Carolina sites.
Responsibilities
- Design, program, and modify PLC, HMI, and control systems
- Troubleshoot automation and equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Support new equipment installations and process improvement projects
