You will lead troubleshooting, mentor maintenance staff, and collaborate with engineering to implement cost-saving process improvements while ensuring quality and MOS standards are met.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of Controls Engineer or related experience.
• Experience with PLC programming and machine controls.
• Ability to lead troubleshooting and process improvements.
• Familiarity with safety standards and 5S practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design equipment and production machinery controls.
• Improve wiring and PLC logic to meet MOS metrics.
• Support maintenance during downtime and train staff.
• Lead launches for new product implementations and ECRs.
• Monitor machine performance and implement improvements via HMI/PLC.
• Ensure safety compliance and 5S housekeeping.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams.
• Utilize Studio 5000, RS Linx, C-more and other listed tools.
