Job summary

SCN - Search Consulting Network is partnering with a leading industrial automation client to hire a Controls Engineer in Minnesota. The role focuses on designing, programming, launching, and supporting automated manufacturing equipment including PLCs, HMIs, and vision systems.

You will lead automation and continuous improvement projects that enhance productivity, quality, and manufacturing efficiency across multiple production lines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industrial controls engineering experience with 6+ years deploying manufacturing automation.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, vision systems, AutoCAD Electrical.
• Strong troubleshoot and problem-solving skills across complex control systems.

Responsibilities
