Controls Engineer - Own the full project lifecycle
Norristown, PA
Engineer-led automation projects with real impact
You’ll be the Controls Engineer that local manufacturers call when they’re serious about improving quality, throughput, and energy efficiency.
From chemicals and pharmaceuticals to industrial gases and discrete products, you’ll design, develop, and document automation systems that actually run the plant — not just sit in a spec sheet.
You lead project teams, sit across the table from customers, and guide a control system from concept through commissioning.
And you won’t be stuck in a narrow lane; you’ll collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and business leadership to drive projects to successful completion.
If you’ve taken control projects from idea to startup and enjoy being the engineer everyone depends on, we want to talk to you.
You’ll be working with PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS, and MES applications to solve real manufacturing problems.
You’ve lived in control systems long enough to be comfortable toggling between PLC code, an HMI screen layout, and a conversation with a plant manager about uptime and efficiency. You know what it takes to walk into a facility, understand the process, and come back with a plan that works.
You’re not just “executing tasks” here — you’re the engineer trusted to carry projects over the finish line and stand behind the solution in front of the customer.
You’ll work in an engineer-owned organization that understands what it means to run projects, mentor technical staff, and build real automation expertise.
There’s a clear path to grow into technical leadership, project management, sales engineering, or engineering management, with advancement into senior leadership on the table for high performers.
You’ll also receive a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K with employer match, paid vacation, sick time, company holidays, and FSA or HSA with employer contribution, with compensation aligned to your experience.
Must have three+ years of experience with control systems in manufacturing industries.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Must Be Willing To Work Off-hours When Required.
Must be willing to submit to drug testing and background checks as required for employment and customer contracts.
