Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to design, develop, and implement control systems for industrial manufacturing machinery. We specialize in designing and installation of manufacturing plants for the extrusion of non-ferrous metals-including aluminum, copper, and brass.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop control systems for industrial automation projects.
• Program PLCs and HMIs to optimize machine operation and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate controls solutions into manufacturing processes.
• Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance staff on control system functionality.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in PLC programming and HMI development.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation and machinery manufacturing processes.
