Randstad USA is seeking a Controls Engineer near Monclova, Ohio to join a system integrator team. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in PLC programming (Allen Bradley) and can read/edit electrical schematics. Some travel (~25%) to client sites is expected. A Bachelor's in Electrical or Controls engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of PLC programming experience with Allen Bradley/Rockwell Logix.
• B.S. in Electrical or Controls Engineering preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret and edit electrical schematics.
• Willingness to travel 25%.
• Experience with industrial robots is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Programming, commissioning, and startup of PLC-based automation systems.
• Edit and interface HMI programs with PLC and robot functions.
• System design, planning and creating programs, in-house debugging, and field startup of automated systems.
• Develop and write PLC programs to integrate multiple material handling devices with a robot to create an integrated product.
• Start-up and commission completed system at customer site for final customer approval.
