Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a mid-level Electrical/Control Systems Engineer in Johnson Creek, WI to design and program control systems for complex projects. You will lead project teams, interpret schematics, and apply BIM throughout design and implementation.

Strong communication and customer-facing skills are essential for updates and support. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field and 5+ years’ experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering industry.
  • Proven experience in designing and programming control systems.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and utilizing electrical schematics and blueprints.
  • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM).

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and standards.
  • Ensuring all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards.
