Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Control Systems Engineer to design, program, and commission PLC-based control systems and automation solutions for industrial customers. You will work hands-on across the full project lifecycle, coordinating with internal teams and customers.

You will travel 25-40% to client sites, develop electrical panels and schematics, support commissioning, and collaborate with sales and engineering on technical concepts. Strong PLC and electrical design skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in controls and automation.
  • Strong PLC programming experience with Allen-Bradley required; others a plus.
  • Background in controls, electrical design, and system integration.
  • Experience with HMI/SCADA, motion control, and fieldbus technologies.
  • Exposure to robotics (Fanuc, UR, etc.) and industrial automation systems.
  • Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, UL, and related electrical standards.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Engineering degree preferred; electrical license a plus.
  • Willingness to travel ~25–40%.

Job Details

This role supports conveyor, robotics, and automation integration projects for a variety of industrial customers, from initial concept through installation and post-launch support. You’ll be hands‑on in designing, programming, and commissioning control systems while partnering with internal teams and customers throughout the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
