Adecco is seeking a Controls Engineer in Fenton, MO to design, program, and support industrial automation and control systems. This role develops automation solutions, troubleshoots control systems, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Position Title: Controls Engineer
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
Experience: Five or more years of experience in industrial automation or controls engineering. Proficiency with PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, robotic programming, and industrial communication networks is required.

The Control System Engineer is responsible for development of the technical aspects of assigned projects. This may include:
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure projects meet scope, budget, and schedule expectations.
Communicate effectively with project manager throughout the project lifecycle, keeping them informed of progress, risks, and costs.
Maintain expertise in industry trends and vendor/partner offerings to recommend solutions aligned with business needs.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred, but not required. Willing to substitute applicable work experience in place of degree.
$85,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
