Job summary

Rise Technical in Delaware, OH is seeking an Electrical Engineer or Controls Engineer for a permanent on-site role. You will manage electrical controls projects and develop PLC skills through hands-on and OEM-led training.

Join a high-volume, highly automated manufacturing site and liaise with OEMs to support installations and updates. You will analyze downtime, waste and quality data to drive improvements and support maintenance with documentation and training.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree required.
• Some industrial/manufacturing experience in controls/electrical.
• Interest in developing PLC programming experience (Siemens or Allen-Bradley).

Responsibilities

• Own the electrical portion of projects from scope through installation support.
• Liaise with OEMs and support equipment component installations and integrations.
• Monday - Friday, 8-hour days with flexible start (between 6am and 8am), on-site.

Are you an Electrical Engineer or Controls Engineer looking for a technical role where you will manage controls projects and develop your PLC skills through hands-on and OEM-led training?

This company is known for long staff tenure, a clean, temperature-controlled facility, and highly automated CPG production equipment. As a result of continued investment in product improvements and new products, they are now looking to add to their engineering team.

In this role you will liaise with OEMs, support equipment installations and integrations, and implement electrical controls changes driven by new technology and product updates. You will also analyze downtime, waste, and quality data to prioritize improvements, and support maintenance and operations with documentation and training.

This role would suit an Electrical Engineer or Controls Engineer, looking for strong technical development, project ownership, and long-term progression at a high-tech site.
