Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician for a large international manufacturer in Delaware, Ohio. The role centers on PLC-controlled high-speed production lines, with training and a clear progression path.

You will troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems (Siemens/Allen Bradley), work on power distribution and networks, and support continuous improvement projects with overtime. Rotating night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical maintenance/troubleshooting experience.
• Some Allen Bradley troubleshooting exposure (Siemens/strong PLC experience beneficial).
• Comfortable working a rotating nights schedule.

Are you an I&E Technician or Industrial Electrician looking for a highly technical role where you can gain expert training on PLC capability and progress through a structured technician career path?

In this role you will troubleshoot and maintain PLC-controlled equipment, machine communication networks, AC/DC controls, power distribution (115VAC a0 a0- 2.4kV), and electrical/pneumatic systems. You will also support ongoing project work and continuous improvement on the lines.

This role would suit someone with industrial electrical experience and some Allen Bradley troubleshooting, looking to develop into a stronger controls technician with long-term technical progression and advanced training.
