Ford Motor Company is seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to lead problem solving for tooling, equipment, and conveyors on the manufacturing floor. You will set up and maintain automation systems, review cycle times, and implement improvements across plants.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in controls engineering, familiarity with PLCs (Siemens/Allen-Bradley), AutoCAD, and networking protocols. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; substantial hands-on experience is valued.

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $84,480-$141,360.
This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $96,720-$162,120.
