Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in controls or panel design within an industrial environment.
  • Proficiency with electrical design software (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
  • Solid understanding of electrical schematics, PID control, and motor control.
  • Familiarity with IEEE, UL508, and NFPA 70 standards.
  • Basic knowledge of industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/IP).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine detailed control system designs for power transformers.
  • Produce electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts using CAD tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software seamlessly.
  • Execute commissioning activities, including startup, calibration, and tuning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with existing control equipment.
  • Prepare clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Participate in design reviews to ensure quality, compliance, and safety.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
