Job summary

Edison Smart is seeking an experienced BAS Controls Technician to support commercial and mission-critical projects across Houston, Dallas, and Austin. You will install, commission, service and troubleshoot Building Automation Systems and program BAS control strategies.

Candidates should have Niagara N4 expertise, strong HVAC controls knowledge (BACnet, Modbus, IP networks), and excellent communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience as a BAS/Controls Technician.
• Strong knowledge of Niagara N4 (essential).
• Experience with HVAC controls, BACnet, Modbus and IP networks.
• Ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
