Job summary

Atlas OT is seeking a Controls / Automation Engineer to develop and support OT systems across multiple industries. You will design control solutions, program RTUs/PLCs, develop DCS/SCADA interfaces, and create thorough technical documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a strong engineering foundation, familiarity with PLC/SCADA platforms, and the ability to travel for commissioning and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Drug free work environment.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel.
• Familiarity with 61131-3 programming.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented mindset; cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT programs, interfaces, documentation and support.
• Work across diverse industries including assembly, energy, manufacturing and food/beverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and field personnel.
• Travel approximately 20% annually for commissioning and support.
