Job summary

Attis Global Ltd is seeking a Controls & Automation Engineer to lead the design, development and deployment of PLC-based automation and test systems for a high-volume manufacturing environment near Hawthorne, CA. You will build and support automation architectures for pumps, valves, fluids, sensors, and industrial networks with strong emphasis on HMI interfaces and commissioning procedures.

The role offers a salary in the 140k–170k range plus strong equity and comprehensive benefits.

Controls & Automation Engineer sought for a fast-growth, tech for good sustainability scaleup near Hawthorne. This is a really exciting opportunity to work on aerospace grad tech that is supporting a more sustainable and "for good" future. We are looking for someone who can lead the design, development and deployment of automation systems in a high volume manufacturing environment.

As a Controls & Automation Engineer you will design and commission PLC based automation and test systems as well as develop controls architecture and automation strategies for manufacturing and product validation. The role involves building and supporting systems involving pumps, valves, fluid systems, sensors and industrial networks so experience with HMI interfaces and commissioning procedures is highly valuable.

This role is offering between 140-170K + strong equity and many other benefits.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with designing systems that prioritize operational safety, fault tolerance, and reliable equipment operation.
• Industrial communications and protocols (EtherCAT, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, CAN, etc.).
