Job summary

GCS Recruitment Specialists is seeking a Graduate Controls & Automation Engineer in Seattle. This structured training programme develops your skills in industrial automation, controls, and robotics, with hands-on projects and mentorship.

As a recent graduate (2022–2026) in Electrical/Mechatronics/Robotics, you will learn PLC programming, sensors, motors, and hardware systems while contributing to real-world automation solutions. No prior professional PLC experience required.

Are you a recent graduate looking to build a career in automation, controls, and robotics? We are seeking motivated engineers with a passion for problem-solving and technology to join a structured training programme focused on developing the next generation of Controls & Automation Engineers.

What You'll Do

• Learn and develop skills in industrial automation, controls systems, and PLC programming.
