Korry Electronics in Everett, WA seeks an accomplished Controller to lead the accounting and controllership functions as part of our finance-succession strategy. You will partner with senior leaders to translate performance into financial insight, drive profitability, strengthen forecasts, and modernize processes.

Reporting to the VP of Finance, this role focuses on combining financial leadership with strategic business partnering and, over about 2–3 years, advancing toward a Vice President of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting/finance/business.
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Manufacturing finance leadership experience preferred.
• Experience forecasting, annual planning, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and technical accounting.
• ERP and financial-reporting system experience.
• Ability to partner with senior operational and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes in line with US GAAP.
• Maintain integrity of financial statements, general ledger, reconciliations, and estimates.
• Establish and improve internal controls over assets and reporting.
• Translate performance into financial outcomes and provide strategic financial guidance to leadership.
• Lead FP&A, financial planning, modeling, and scenario analyses to support decisions.
• Drive manufacturing finance activities including standard costing, inventory valuation, and cost analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to influence business decisions with financial insight.
• Support audits, pricing, contracts, and compliance as needed.
• Lead finance transformation and analytics to improve forecasting and reporting.
