Korry Electronics is seeking a Controller to join its finance leadership team as part of a succession and leadership-development plan. The role is designed to prepare the candidate for a Vice President of Finance opportunity within 2–3 years.

Responsibilities cover close processes, financial planning, operational finance, and strategic business partnership with senior leaders. The position aims to strengthen forecasting, governance, and business insight across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible finance and accounting experience.
• Experience leading a large controllership, FP&A or related finance organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close under US GAAP.
• Lead accounting, controllership, and internal controls.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate plans into financial forecasts.
• Develop financial models and provide concise performance reporting.
• Drive transformation, cost optimization, and cross-functional initiatives.
