Job summary

Qualifications

• CPA certification required.
• Big 4 or public accounting background preferred.
• Experience with system implementations and process improvement in a manufacturing/inventory-heavy environment.
• Comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced, pre-IPO setting.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of month-end close, GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, and reconciliations.
• Driving automation and process improvement — replacing manual, Excel-heavy workflows.
• Establishing accounting controls in line with US GAAP, SOX, and SEC readiness ahead of an IPO.
• Managing tax processes and supporting financial audits.
