Qualifications

• 10+ years in accounting/finance, with experience in a leadership role.
• Experience in fintech or consumer credit environment is required.
• Comfortable reading SQL queries and working cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of US accounting operations and consolidation.
• Redesign accounting operations for IPO readiness.
• Manage and mentor a team of accountants.
• Identify areas for automation in accounting processes.
• Coordinate communication with internal stakeholders and auditors.
