Job summary

OTN Group, an opportunistic real estate & powered infrastructure developer, seeks a Controller to own the finance function across its multi-entity platform in Pittsburgh, PA. This build-seat role reports to executive leadership and requires hands-on design of accounting, FP&A, and investor reporting for diverse assets.

You'll stand up consolidation, project-level accounting, and scalable controls while partnering with operations across hospitality and energy projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounting/finance with real estate or development experience.
• Multi-entity consolidation and JV/partnership accounting experience.
• Development or construction cost accounting experience.
• Coordinate tax compliance for partnerships and pass-through entities.
• Translate complex structures into clear, decision-ready insights.
• Investor and lender reporting for capital partners.
• Opportunity Zone / QOZ fund experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting & close across a multi-entity portfolio including intercompany activity.
• Oversee development accounting: CIP, AIA draws, lender reporting.
• Lead FP&A: budgets, forecasts, capital planning, pro forma vs. actuals.
• Manage investor and lender reporting packages for capital partners.
• Coordinate tax compliance with external advisors.
• Provide financial oversight for hospitality portfolio and consolidate at platform level.
• Establish scalable systems and controls, including cloud-native ERP.
