Job summary

CFS in Houston, TX is seeking a Controller to own the accounting function across development, acquisitions, operations, and investment entities. You will oversee the general ledger, financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, and investor distributions, working directly with senior leadership.

The role requires CPA, 8+ years real estate accounting, and leadership experience; familiarity with JV waterfalls, capitalized interest accounting, and debt modifications is expected.
