Qualifications

• Knowledge of GAAP and strong Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the business office including accounting, A/P, A/R, payroll and audits.
• Provide supervision and direction to staff to ensure efficient workflows.
• Coordinate annual single audits and other state/federal audits and monitoring visits.
• Approve budgets and sign off on purchase requests up to Program Manager level.
• Prepare financial statements and manage fund transfers, liaising with HUD auditors.
• Oversee banking operations and ensure compliance with contracts and standards.
