The Controller will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close, across multiple facilities. The role requires leadership in budgeting, cash management, and ERP initiatives to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Significant accounting leadership experience in manufacturing, construction, industrial, or related environments.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, BOM structures, and financial reporting.
• Experience overseeing multi-site or multi-entity accounting operations and complex processes.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, system migrations, or large-scale tech transformations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close to ensure timely results.
• Manage cost accounting, inventory accounting, and operational financial analysis across facilities or business units.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial planning efforts to support growth.
• Drive ERP system enhancements, accounting process improvements, and tech initiatives.
• Partner with executives to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
