• Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow, and profitability with actionable leadership insights.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll oversight, and day-to-day financial operations.
• Prepare financial statements, forecasts, and management reports to support strategic decisions.
• Lead accounting staff and drive process improvements, internal controls, and technology enhancements.
