Opportunity

Plant Controller role supporting a growing manufacturing business in transition, focused on stabilizing operations, improving inventory accuracy, and driving profitability. This position will take ownership of plant‑level financials and partner closely with operations to identify inefficiencies, reduce costs, and build structure in a lean environment.

Responsibilities

• Own plant financials including reporting, general ledger, and internal controls
• Lead cost accounting and inventory management, including variance analysis
• Partner with operations to monitor performance and identify cost drivers
• Drive process improvements across financial reporting, inventory, and systems
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development
• Enhance NetSuite usage and reporting capabilities
