The Senior Controller will own cash forecasts, AP modeling, loan amortization reconciliation, and grant compliance while ensuring GAAP adherence.

Qualifications

• Strong time management and deadline discipline.
• Solid GAAP knowledge with practical application.
• Experience implementing internal controls to protect assets.
• Hands-on financial modeling and scenario planning.

Responsibilities

• Build the cash-forecast to tell Excellence Consulting when to draw the line of credit.
• Build the Accounts Payable model to retire the manual workbook.
• Implement and document internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Reconcile loan amortization against lender statements.
• Own grant compliance to avoid restricted dollars.
• Forecast working capital to prevent cash crunches.
• Ensure GAAP and tax compliance in AZ.
• Support due diligence and financial modeling for strategic initiatives.
