Headfarmer is seeking an on-site Interim Controller for our Scottsdale manufacturing client to provide hands-on accounting leadership with a strong emphasis on GAAP compliance and financial consolidations.

The role focuses on leading the month-end close, multi-entity reporting, and intercompany eliminations while ensuring robust internal controls and accurate financial statements in line with U.S. GAAP.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Required manufacturing industry background with strong cost and inventory accounting expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Will oversee the month‑end close and consolidated financial reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements across multiple entities
• Will prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Will manage multi‑entity accounting, including intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Required manufacturing industry background with strong cost and inventory accounting expertise.
• Experience supporting multi‑site operations and manufacturing ERP systems.
