Job summary

Restaurant Associates seeks a collaborative Controller to oversee the full financial operations of the World Bank account. This seasoned finance leader will guide budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and internal controls to ensure strong fiscal performance and compliant financial practices.

The role partners with operations to manage costs, prepare analyses, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic hospitality environment. CPA/CMA a plus; prior client-facing reporting experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting/finance.
• Progressive accounting and financial management experience, preferably in hospitality or contract dining.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Experience managing P&L statements and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial aspects of the World Bank account, including accounting, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for timely, accurate reporting.
• Prepare and present monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and operating metrics.
• Monitor costs and financial performance; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with leadership to develop budgets and forecasts; maintain internal controls.
• Support audits and coordinate responses to findings; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee client billing, cash controls, and reconciliations; ensure accuracy.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to account leadership.
