Job summary

3 Bridge Networks is seeking an experienced Controller to lead the finance and fund operations for its venture-focused investment platform in San Francisco. You will oversee fund accounting, financial reporting, and investor communications, partnering with senior leadership to scale the organization.

The role requires 8+ years in accounting or fund administration, with strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting or fund administration experience, including venture capital/private equity exposure.
• CPA strongly preferred and CPA certification is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, financial reporting, and operational activities for investment funds and related entities.
• Oversee quarterly and annual close processes, including capital activity and investor reporting.
• Coordinate with fund administrators, auditors, and tax providers on deliverables and audits.
• Develop and strengthen accounting policies, controls, and processes as the firm scales.
• Mentor and develop accounting team members as growth occurs.
