Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Oversee payroll, AP/AR, and sales tax compliance.
• Provide actionable financial insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and reporting efficiency.
