Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–10+ years of accounting experience and exposure to month-end close.
• Experience supervising staff or leading projects preferred.
• ERP experience required; mid-market ERP systems a plus.
• CPA is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and month-end close.
• Improve speed and accuracy of monthly close and reporting packages.
• Manage multiple sets of books and maintain strong process discipline.
• Prepare timely financial reports for CFO and leadership reviews.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.
• Lead and develop a small accounting team in a fast-paced PE-backed environment.
