Job summary

Impact Connects is seeking a Controller to direct the accounting and financial-control functions for Impact Mailing of Minnesota, Inc. The role reports to the EVP of Finance and emphasizes policy implementation, budgeting, and compliance.

Responsibilities include leading the month-end close, maintaining internal controls, supervising AR/AP, and coordinating tax reporting. A Bachelor's degree is required; CPA preferred. Strong ethics and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
• Experience directing accounting and internal controls is expected.
• Ability to interpret financial documents and communicate results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Develop and enforce accounting policies and procedures.
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, billing, and tax reporting.
• Provide timely financial reporting to senior leadership and CPA.
• Coach and develop accounting staff and promote teamwork.
